Job Description Summary

Responsible for analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of Project & Development Services (PDS) training.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholder to create new employee curriculum, existing employee training, as well as project related training

• Develop on-line courses; including media production, simulations, and knowledge checks

• Develop and deliver instructor led training

• Develop written reference guides

• Conduct needs analysis to understand what new training content should be developed and existing content should be enhanced

• Ad hoc projects / duties as requested

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 1-3 years of relatable experience in Learning & Development or Training or Product Development Services

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to effectively manage stakeholders

• Strong project management skillsets

• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $63,000 – $75,000.
