Job Description
You will also be responsible for:
- Collect and analyst property and related data
- Create and maintain property, company and contact records on the property database
- Undertake other research and administrative duties as required
- Create and prepare presentations for key clients and target tenants
- Assist in preparing submissions for prospective key property appointments
- Articulate and live the Cushman & Wakefield culture, model organisational values and required behaviour and hold others (employees and peers) accountable for their actions by identifying and acting on behaviour which is inconsistent with agreed standards
