Shift Schedule:
**2nd shift** 3:30pm-12pm OR 5pm-1:30am

Responsibilities/Tasks/Duties

• Ensure the completion of the daily and periodic tasks of assigned team as directed
• Ensure all cleaning assignments are completed in accordance with C&W Services approved procedures
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area, including janitorial closets and storage areas
• Maintain appropriate supply levels in assigned janitorial closets and storage areas
• Ensure assigned equipment and tools are keep clean and in good working condition
• Ensure employees work/act in a safe manner at all times in accordance with C&W Services safety program
• Promptly inform management of unsafe conditions, tasks or injuries
• Meet all client and  C&W Services quality expectations in assigned tasks
• Assist in the orientation and training of new employees as directed
• Support the training certification process of assigned team
• Adhere to and enforce all security procedures
• Report employee performance or behavioral issues in a timely manner to management
• Notify management of all equipment issues, service problems or opportunities
• Complete other cleaning-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of cleaning methods; minimum 1 year cleaning experience required
• Must be bilingual (must be able to speak and write in English and Spanish)
• Must be able to give and take direction, work with minimal supervision, and to function cooperatively as part of a team
• Requires attention to detail, a pride in delivering excellent service and high levels of energy and endurance
• Must be able to consistently push and pull up to 50 pounds and lift up to 30 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and capable of extensive bending, stooping, stretching, pushing, and carrying
• Ability to work in an environment with exposure to dust, chemicals and loud noises
