Investor Relations Manager | Corporate Office

Job Summary:

Camden’s Investor Relations (“IR”) department is responsible for developing and effectively communicating the Company’s corporate strategy to the investment community. The Manager of IR will collaborate with and support the Senior Vice President (SVP) of IR, interacting with multiple audiences including investors, analysts, senior management, and members of other departments. Key responsibilities include managing IR programs, sustainability (ESG) communications and reporting, and collecting third-party economic data and research.

Essential Functions:

• Work closely with SVP of IR to develop and execute a comprehensive IR program, investor communications plan and annual IR budget
• Coordinate the production and issuance of the Company’s quarterly earnings releases, earnings conference calls, investor presentations, press releases and other IR communications
• Manage the design and production of the Company’s Annual Report
• Oversee the proxy voting process and vote tabulations for the Company’s Annual Shareholders Meeting
• Update and monitor content of the Company’s IR website
• Provide reports to senior management team regarding analysts’ earnings estimates, the Company’s institutional shareholder base, and peer comparisons/analysis
• Manage contracts and relationships with outside consultants and IR service providers
• Manage the design and production of the Company’s Sustainability Report
• Collect and analyze company-wide data on sustainability initiatives and programs for reporting purposes
• Work with SVP of IR to complete various ESG surveys and review/monitor third-party issued ESG reports relating to the Company
• Collect and analyze third-party economic data and industry-related research for market analyses

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related discipline required
• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred
• 7+ years of relevant business experience in areas of investor relations, finance, and/or real estate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical, financial and data management skills
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and significant experience with project management
• Understanding of SEC regulations and public company disclosure requirements
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
