Salary: Up to $91,000 annual
Hours: Mon-Fri 7am-330pm

Job Description
Must be able to work and direct personnel in a team oriented and safety conscious environment. “Safety First” expectations include, but are not limited to, PJHA process, Observation process, and compliance with all company / site safety guidelines and procedures.
Assigned tasks list to include, but not limited to, providing direction of field supervised of personnel in testing, calibration, and repairs of pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, electromechanical, and electronic measuring, recording, indicating, and control instruments / equipment.
Repairs and calibrations to be performed in conformance with established standards.
Assist field personnel in formulating calibration standards / work procedures while performing those duties and provide work order feedback on discrepancies noted in service delivery.
Must have working knowledge of the following topics: pH, flow, temperature, pressure, conductivity and mass measurements, AC and DC control methods, 24V – 13.8 KV electrical systems and trouble shooting, VFD’s, burner controls, smart meters, PLC/DCS control methods, automated systems, load cells, control valves, blueprint reading, mathematics, and preventive/predictive maintenance.
Promote C&W Services both internally and externally.
Must demonstrate good judgment.
Act as a Liaison between Account Manager, Customers and other C&W Services locations on and off site.
Prepare setup and coordinate training seminars and activities. Must be able to use hand tools on a daily basis such as power tools.
May have to access work from elevated areas (ladders, platforms, scaffolding, and others as required) utilizing fall protection equipment when needed.
OTHER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / DUTIES:
Ability to mentor with high standards.
Direct employees by allocating time for one on one coaching. Ensures compliance with all company / customer regulations, policies, and procedures from a local state and federal stand point.
Over see that all applicable codes, standards, and specifications are being maintained, including, but not limited to NEC and state / local electrical codes.
Achieve performance expectations set forth as part of performance appraisals to include employee development planning.
Communications with all team members to assist the development of short and long range planning in assist of the company’s goals and objectives Teach and promote our services to the customer for value impact.
Meet physical requirements of the job. Physical requirements of the job will be provided to you prior to employment.
Perform assigned tasks in a safe, effective, and efficient manner with a quality of service according to standards.
Accurate administrative duties to include, but not limited to, time accounting, work order completion, job planning, ordering materials, work load assessment and up-date / review maintenance management system (ASAP).
Work with scheduling to ensure all work is scheduled as required and up-dated.
Allocate resources as required, coordinate shut downs, contact vendors for plant and maintenance requirements.
Ensures that E&I department objectives are met including key metrics, safety, and cost quality factors.
PERFORMANCE GOALS:
To be listed as part of annual performance assessment and forward planning goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Possess a high school degree or an approved GED. AA degree in Industrial Instrumentation, Electronics or Industrial Electricity preferred, but not required. Ability to obtain Journeyman’s Electrical License upon state required qualifications being met. Contractor electrical license within the six months.
Experience: Ten years experience in Supervisory/Management position. Ten years in the electrical trade and five years experience working in an industrial environment.

Requires full range of body motion including handling and lifting, manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination sufficient to operate hand tools and industrial machinery such as a truck or fork-lift. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme heat and extreme cold, wet and/or humid conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually very loud. Occasionally work from elevated areas (ladders, platforms, scaffolding, and others as required)
