Implementation Manager

As a Product Operations and Implementation Manager at Greystar, you will work very closely with Product development team and the rest of the business units in rolling out new products to internal teams and external customers. You will own, facilitate, and coordinate cross functional delivery plans and strategies to finalize and execute a plan that successfully meets or exceeds the needs of the company in launching products. As a driver of Product Implementation, you will also deliver product development commitments throughout the aggressive march to roll out solutions. You’ll act with a sense of urgency to develop project plans. You’ll manage and influence cross-functional project teams, evaluate new technology offerings, project lead the roll-out of pilots, and deliver product development commitments.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Facilitates and manages multiple Project Plans (schedules, budgets, resources, risks and deliverables) while supporting Operations partners during implementation.

  • Sets and manages appropriate timelines, tracks key milestones, and reports project progress against key milestones with local Operations teams.

  • Work alongside the Organizational Change Manager, project managing the “people side” of change, preparing employees at all levels to adopt cultural and organizational structure changes (e.g., new business processes, policies and procedures, and employee roles and responsibilities)

  • Demonstrates basic understanding of timing and steps required for each task in a product launch.

  • Presents project plans and status reports to Program Team.

  • Applying appropriate tools and defined methodologies that enable the business to meet customer needs, maintain or grow market share, and ultimately transform.

  • Coordinating larger and more complex project activities with other business areas to include and identify appropriate stakeholders (i.e., Procurement, IT, Legal, Marketing) and coordinating responsibilities across cross functional teams.

Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary. Once eligible, team members may participate in the 401k plan. Regular, full-time team members are also offered a range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits from which to choose.
