Essential Job Duties
- Coordinate and successfully execute multiple projects within Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Occupier Services enterprise. Contribute to and implement key strategic initiatives to achieve the desired outcomes of the IFM Transition Team.
- Facilitate the collection of best practices, capabilities and resources to ensure successful transitions that are efficient and consistent. Provide guidance, improvement, and implementation of technology tools to drive efficiencies and consistency of deliverables for global IFM transition activities.
- Manage IFM Transition programs to ensure maximum efficiency and delivery of services per contractual obligations:
- Assist IFM Transitions Lead with communication on project progress via agendas, meeting minutes, reports and presentation materials. Follow-up and track action items.
- Monitor, track and report overall IFM transition progress; schedule creation and tracking, liaison with global counterparts, data consolidation, risk register. Support IFM Transition Lead in identifying potential risks and provide solutions to mitigate.
- Support Due Diligence (DD) activities and coordinate with IFM Platform to schedule, capture data and complete detailed workbook activities. Support development of the DD Summary Report Out Presentation to the account team.
- Develop project closeout materials, post to final account team site, and provide administration support to ensure proper hand-off to account teams at completion.
- Responsible to coordinate with client and internal workstreams to ensure new onboarding account staff have all equipment, uniforms and materials needed for Day 1 to be fully functional.
- Maintain and file all completed transition IFM project documentation.
- Build the digital IFM Playbook for each transition with the detailed client specific procedures and tasks.
- Own the accurate population of key client, account and asset data needed to develop the Computer Management Maintenance System that will be used on the Client Account for work order management.
- Coordinate and track any post transition IFM activities.
- Performs other related duties as required or requested.
