Housekeeper – Limpieza
Overview:
$1,000 in sign-on bonus and excellent benefits.
We are looking for Housekeepers at our apartment communities in Austin. This position ensures the apartment building’s quality appearance and upkeep to maintain its appeal to future and current residents-Monday through Friday day shift position.
Duties include:
- Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy as necessary. Keep all vacancies fresh and odorless-clean model apartments regularly per the Community Manager and Service Manager.
- Clean the leasing office, amenity areas, laundry facilities, and other common areas daily or as scheduled by the Manager.
- Care for, maintain and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and the management company. Inform management of supply needs on a bimonthly basis.

Estamos buscando empleados de limpieza en nuestras comunidades de apartamentos en Austin. Esta posicion asegura la apariencia de calidad del edificio de apartamentos y el mantenimiento para mantener su atractivo para los residentes futuros y actuales – posicion de lunes a viernes en el turno de dia.
Los deberes incluyen:
- Preparar los apartamentos vacantes para su ocupacion segun sea necesario. Mantener todos los apartamentos vacantes frescos y sin olores-limpiar los apartamentos modelo regularmente por el Community Manager y el Service Manager.
- Limpiar la oficina de arrendamiento, las zonas de ocio, las instalaciones de lavanderia y otras zonas comunes diariamente o segun lo programado por el Gerente.
- Cuidar, mantener e inventariar todos los suministros y equipos de la propiedad y de la empresa gestora. Informar a la direccion de las necesidades de suministros cada dos meses.
