Head of Client Finance
Location – Dublin or Galway

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Finance professional to join us and Head up our Property Management teams Finance team. This role can be based in our Dublin or Galway office.

As the Head of Client Finance you will lead and manage the Client Finance division to ensure that all Key Performance Indicators and Service Levels are met through outcome approached management.

Accountable for the delivery of consistent high-quality standards, while processing large transaction volumes, in a fast-paced environment. You will be managing the production and implementation of Strategic risk and the , security and environmental frameworks, measurement programs and implementation of cultural and behavioural change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Accountable for all Client finance activities in the country.
* Shape the client accounting strategy across the portfolio of clients to maximise service to client accountant portfolio
* Work with bid teams to successfully take on an integrate new work/clients mobilising the new service and ensuring the smooth transition to BAU
* Responsible for the development, implementation and adoption of programs, processes and tools to drive scalability, efficiency and continuous improvement.
* Monitor and validate the output from EMEA teams to maximise client finance servicing to clients
* Ensure Asset Services are protected through the continual development of the Financial Controls outcome metrics and compliance reporting.
* Proactively manage internal relationships with CPM, TPM (Technical Property Management) and senior management
* Ensure excellent contract management and performance management within the team.

Knowledge & Experience:
* Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence at all levels.
* Experience leading a high volume and fast-paced department.
* Experience of managing demand and resourcing levels within large teams and is appropriately resourced to meet the strategic needs of the business
* Financial shared services / operations experience in a corporate environment.
* Experience of working in a large property or investment practice and/or corporate environment could be advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications:

* Qualified Accountant
* Degree or master’s level qualification
* Working knowledge of Yardi software desirable
