Cushman & Wakefield is seeking exceptional hospitality and corporate services professionals to join our high performing Workplace team that delivers a 5-star corporate hospitality service to one of Australia’s leading organisations.

The Guest Services Agent role is responsible for delivering exceptional workplace experiences to residents, guests and the employee community with a key focus on creating a great first impression, and ensuring our clients receive outstanding service at every touchpoint.

This role is varied and broad; no 2 days are the same!

Key accountabilities of a Guest Services Agent include;

  • Welcoming clients and guests and providing a seamless arrival and departure experience;
  • Leading and delivering workplace services ensuring consistently high levels of customer service ;
  • Liaising with key contractors on site to ensure workplace standards are maintained;
  • Ensuring workspaces are maintained and ready for our colleagues on a daily basis via a series of proactive checks;
  • Ensuring locker data integrity is maintained;
  • Developing operational standards, playbooks, operating manuals, and processes as required.

You will have:

  • Strong customer service experience within a busy corporate or hospitality environment;
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers ;
  • A common-sense approach to problem solving, exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritise and multitask;
  • The ability to empathise and demonstrate a high level of EQ;
  • The ability to work independently in a small team;
  • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills.
