Groundskeeper-Limpieza
Overview:
AMLI Residential is currently hiring for a Groundskeeper at our luxury apartment community in Marina Del Rey. We are looking for someone with an eye for details and that can work independently. This position ensures the quality appearance and upkeep of property buildings and grounds in order to maintain its overall appeal to future and current residents.
40 hours a week, 8 am – 5 pm.
Duties include:
Clean common, amenity and ground areas on a daily basis. Rake, sweep, shovel as circumstances warrant.
- Check and replace exterior lighting on a regular basis.
- Prepare vacant units for occupancy as necessary. Keep all vacancies fresh and odorless. Clean model apartments on a regularly scheduled basis.
- Clean the leasing office, amenity areas, laundry facilities and other common areas on a daily basis, or as scheduled by the Manager.
Care of swimming pool and related equipment; maintain water quality and safety apparatus.
Requirements: One year of experience or training in custodial, cleaning work. Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.

AMLI Residential esta contrando un Groundskeeper para nuestra comunidad de apartamentos en Miami. Como Groundskeeper/Portero, sera responsable dela apariencia y limpeza de nuestro complejo de apartamentos. Estamos buscando a alguien que tenga en cuenta los detalles y que pueda trabajar de forma independiente. Esta posición es también una gran oportunidad para aprender otros aspectos en las reparaciones de mantenimiento.
- Limpiar diariamente la oficina de arrendamiento, las áreas comunes, áreas de recreación y de tierra
