Groundskeeper – Limpieza
Overview:
AMLI Residential is looking to hire a Groundskeeper that will ensure the quality appearance and upkeep of properties and grounds in order to maintain its overall appeal to future and current residents.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Clean the amenities and ground areas daily. Rake, sweep, shovel as circumstances warrant:
- Water and upkeep community landscaping as instructed. Sweep leaves and water flower boxes daily (seasonal).
- Pick up trash and dog refuse.
- Hose/clean front entry walks.
- Check and replace exterior lighting regularly.
- Perform interior and exterior painting duties when requested. Use ladders for painting, breezeway lighting, window cleaning, etc. Carry buckets of paint from the storage area to the work site.
- Care of swimming pool and related equipment; maintain water quality and safety apparatus.
- Courteous, efficient response to resident requests.
Requirements: Previous cleaning, housekeeping or custodial experience required. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.

AMLI Residential esta contratando a un Groundskeeper que asegurara la apariencia de calidad y el mantenimiento de las propiedades y los terrenos con el fin de mantener su atractivo general para los residentes futuros y actuales. $1000 de bonificacion de empleo
FUNCIONES ESENCIALES:
- Limpiar las zonas comunes, areas de amenidad y terreno diariamente. Rastrillar, barrer, usar la pala como las circunstancias manden:
- Regar y mantener la jardineria de la comunidad como se indique. Barrer hojas, regar las jardineras y flores diariamente (en temporada).
- Recoger basura y excrementos de perro.
- Manguerear/limpiar senderos frontales.
- Operacion segura del equipo quitanieves.
- Revisar y reemplazar la iluminacion exterior regularmente.
- Realizar tareas de pintura interior y exterior cuando se solicite. Utilizar las escaleras para pintar, iluminar los pasillos, limpiar las ventanas, etc. Llevar cubos de pintura desde el almacen hasta el lugar de trabajo.
- Mantener la piscina y los equipos relacionados; mantener la calidad del agua y los aparatos de seguridad.
- Respuesta cortes y eficiente a las solicitudes de los residentes.
