Job Description Summary

Engagement et gestion de bout en bout d’equipes multidisciplinaires de services-conseils et de clients internes au nom du proprietaire pour superviser les travaux de construction commerciale, de remise en etat ou d’installation de l’equipement interieur des locataires.
The overall engagement and management of multi-disciplinary consulting and internal client teams on the Owner’s behalf to oversee new commercial construction development, refurbishment or new fit-out of tenant interiors.

Job Description

Principales responsabilites

  • Etre le point de contact unique responsable de l’execution des projets.
  • Communiquer directement avec le client pour definir les exigences particulieres du projet.
  • Veiller a ce que la prestation des services soit conforme aux attentes des clients.
  • Gerer les attentes de multiples intervenants.
  • Preparer des rapports et des presentations pour les dirigeants, au besoin.
  • Determiner les ressources requises pour l’execution des projets a partir de listes d’entreprises preselectionnees ou selon un processus de qualification propre au projet; mener des processus de demande de propositions standard; analyser les soumissions; recommander des ressources aux clients.
  • Diriger les ressources et l’equipe d’execution du projet en fournissant une orientation et des conseils pour atteindre les objectifs du projet.
  • Gerer les ressources et l’equipe d’execution a toutes les etapes du projet, y compris l’etude conceptuelle, les schemas, l’elaboration de la conception, les phases de construction et de demenagement.
  • Elaborer et tenir a jour les budgets et les calendriers generaux des projets, au besoin, et s’assurer que les objectifs globaux des projets et les besoins du client sont respectes.
  • Presider les reunions et se concentrer sur l’objectif de la reunion – s’assurer que toutes les mesures et tous les points sont consignes et publies dans un proces-verbal, et surveiller de facon proactive leur mise en oeuvre.
  • Assurer le suivi des progres de chaque projet quant aux buts, aux objectifs, aux budgets approuves et aux echeanciers approuves.
  • Preparer et coordonner les rapports d’avancement des projets et les mises a jour pour le client et l’equipe de projet, en veillant a ce que toutes les donnees soient exactes et accessibles en temps opportun.
  • Cerner les risques du projet, elaborer des plans d’attenuation du risque et d’intervention, et mettre en oeuvre des plans d’action pour reduire ou eliminer les risques du projet.
  • Assurer le flux des communications et le controle de la documentation pour tous les materiaux pertinents du projet.
  • Etre possiblement affecte au lieu de travail du client (ou a un bureau de chantier pendant un projet majeur) selon les exigences de certains mandats.

Qualifications et competences

  • Baccalaureat en ingenierie, en architecture ou en construction, de preference.
  • Professionnel en gestion de projet (PMP) et accreditation professionnelle LEED (ou connaissance des concepts de conception durable).
  • Plus de 15 ans d’experience en projets de construction commerciale – de preference une combinaison dans les secteurs des tours de bureaux et des batiments industriels ou des interieurs d’espaces commerciaux ou de vente au detail.
  • Aptitudes exceptionnelles en communication et en presentation.
  • Excellentes competences en relation avec les clients, en gestion de la clientele et en services-conseils.
  • Competences eprouvees en leadership et en administration, experience technique et en responsabilite de projet.
  • Excellentes aptitudes de negociation.
  • Capacites de haute direction dans des environnements reunissant de nombreux intervenants.
  • Excellentes competences analytiques et quantitatives.
  • Capacite de lire et de comprendre des dessins architecturaux.
  • Connaissance des baux, des contrats et des pratiques de construction;
  • Aptitudes superieures en communication orale et ecrite en francais et en anglais.
  • Experience en ingenierie, en conception ou en gestion d’immeubles, un atout.
  • Competences en utilisation de logiciels : Suite Microsoft Office, y compris Word, PowerPoint, Project et Excel.
