C&W Services is looking for a full time General Maintenance Technician to assist the Facilities Manager in the operation, maintenance, and repair of the entire complex.Job Description:
- Recommends ordering of parts as needed. Clean work areas and maintain tools and equipment. May be assigned to property maintenance work.
- Maintain a professional, safe and clean work environment.
- Repair, replace or adjust inoperable doors and hardware.
- Replace damage or missing ceiling tiles.
- Cove base and carpet repairs.
- Hang boards, pictures, signs and other wall fastened items.
- Patching and painting walls and surfaces.
- Support client employee work station moves and alterations.
- Sourcing of parts and supplies to perform work functions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned such as snow removal, assisting other tradesman, and emergency repairs.
- Participate in projects as needed.
