Cushman and Wakefield are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Front of House Receptionist, covering 2 of their sites in Newcastle.Your responsibilities will be to deliver a first class Front of House experience, welcoming clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Job Description
As a Receptionist you will be providing a safe, seamless and integrated service within the building. You will work along side the security and workplace experience teams as the initial touchpoint upon client and guest arrival.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Develop client relationships and drive customer workplace excellence.
- Ensure all visitors and colleagues are signed in as specified by the Client / property procedures
- The Front of House area is maintained to an excellent standard reporting any failures on the Help desk system.
- Assist with preparation of meeting rooms for Meetings and Events as required
- Completion of daily Meeting Room checks – ensuring workspace is professionally presented
- Support Workplace Experience Lead in completion of site audits, inspections and daily floor walks as required.
- Engage with Workplace Experience delivery teams/ contractors to schedule repairs and investigate faults and ensure reactive tasks are responded to within Service Level Agreements
- Comply with Health, Safety and Environmental policies
- Actively listens to requests from internal and external clients and provides timely assistance with careful attention to detail
- Encourages colleagues through constructive feedback and transfer of knowledge
- Addresses issues/queries quickly and accurately
- Makes informed decisions and takes responsibility for outcomes
- Good understanding of H&S and risk awareness
