Front Desk Logistics Associate

Job Description Summary

Front Desk Logistics Associate will be proficient in welcoming incoming visitors, guests, and employees. This task requires the ability to stay calm under pressure and providing a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
Additional responsibilities include navigating basic facility access systems, decision making and computer competencies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are critical to being successful in this role as frequent interaction with internal and external stakeholders will be required.

Job Description

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Signing visitors in and out

* Welcoming incoming visitors, guests, and staff

* Guiding visitors to the appropriate destination

* Issuing badges for visitors and guests

* Monitoring cameras

* Monitoring gate call box

* Ensuring exterior doors are secure after exit/entry

* Providing escort to authorized vendors

* Managing sensitive and/or confidential documents and information consistent with client policies

* Providing employees with any awaiting mail

* Receiving and signing for any incoming mail or shipments

* Coordinating with Facilities as required

* Making sure policies and procedures are being enforced

* Responding to general email and telephone/voicemail

* All duties as assigned

* Must assist in providing services in all service lines in addition to primary role when requested

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

* High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

* Minimum of 2 years front desk/office services or security services experience

* Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

* Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality

* Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple priorities

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Exceptional customer service skills

* Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. to support shipping and receiving functions

* Must be able to work standing up for long periods of time when required

* Experience solving basic technical problems

* Strong Computer/Microsoft knowledge required SPECIAL SKILLS:

* Ability to multi-task

* Good interpersonal skills

* Excellent customer service skills

* Excellent organizational skills

* Ability to work with minimal supervision

* Situational awareness

* Outstanding punctuality/attendance record
