Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst will work with senior leadership to drive optimal monetization expansion strategy by generating actionable insights through financial analysis. This job entails working alongside Financial Planning & Analysis, the Chief Revenue Officer, and the Data Analytics team in researching and preparing analysis, building tracking mechanisms, financial modeling, and rolling out new initiatives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Create detailed dashboards and reports to automate revenue tracking and analysis, working in conjunction with the Data Analytics team.
• Collect and analyze data to support ongoing forecast and budget processes.
• Aggregate data and evaluate cost savings and ancillary revenue initiatives for our portfolio of properties.
• Ensure accuracy of revenue calculations and interact with stakeholders to facilitate transfer of necessary information.
• Model the financial impact of service lines and revenue opportunities
• Create a prioritization structure that influences the growth strategy of the business.
• Establish operational mechanisms on how to roll out new vendor programs across the organization to optimize strategy.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor and/or Master’s Degree. Preference in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• Excellent critical reasoning, quantitative, and analytical skills
• Deep understanding of financial concepts
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data in excel.
