Cushman & Wakefield is looking for a Facilities Manager (soft services) to work across our clients sites within the Melbourne CBD. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our facility operations with the ultimate goal of ensuring our customers have an enjoyable and comfortable workplace experience.
This role will be the site/portfolio key contact involved in day to day operations including but not limited to providing strategic advice on improving preventative maintenance management, responding to critical reactive maintenance issues and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The Facilities Manager is expected to foresee and take proactive management of issues to mitigate any potential risks as well as lead, develop and coach a/team of Facilities Coordinator/s.
We are seeking prospective candidates who can demonstrate:
- Circa 3 years + experience in an FM role
- People management experience, ability to manage and help develop the FC’s on the account
- Exceptional relationship management skills, willingness and ability to deliver a best in class customer service experience
This FM position is a permanent role and is available to commence immediately.
