The person in this position will have operational and financial responsibility of soft and hard facility management services delivery across agreed client portfolio and scope. Daily cooperation and support with the Account Manager,Technical Facility Manager, suppliers, Client, and Landlord.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day IFM operations and delivery for soft and hard services, while ensuring reactive and planned tasks delivered on time and in line with contractual requirements
- Oversee preventive maintenance plans delivery
- Focus on all critical engineering activities and assets. Review and improve processes and procedures on a continuous basis
- Perform regular site inspections in line with our standards to capture service gaps, site improvements or EHS risks. Cooperate with the Landlord, Client, and Cushman&Wakefield platform to remove or minimize site inspection findings, while ensuring client workplace is kept in line with agreed standards
- Ensure that facilities are operated and maintained cost effectively and safely
- Manage vendors and cooperate with our procurement team to seek service improvements or cost reduction opportunities
- Prepare and manage operational budgets. Support forecasting, re-forecasting, and accrual processes.
- Manage on-site operation teams (Cushman&Wakefield’s and suppliers)
Experience & Skills Required
- Technical Education
- Fluent Italian and English in speaking and writing
- Understanding IFM outsourcing processes and contracts, supported with working experience
- Excellent communication/negotiation skills
- Collaborator and problem-solving attitude
- Working with MS Office applications
- Good understanding and awareness of EHS procedures and operational risks
- Ability to manage and develop a team and individuals
- Experience of developing strong client relationships
