What’s The Job?
Title: Facility Dispatcher
Location: Wayzata, MN
Salary: $16-$16. 50/hr
Hours: Thursday-Sunday 2pm-10pm; 32 hours

What Will I Be Doing?
Here are just a few things you can expect to do daily:
- Monitor building automation, fire, and security system alarms then follow the given call tree
- Dispatching various groups to address needs: custodial, maintenance, security, electrician, grounds, etc.
- Address various types of phone calls: emergency, security, food safety, and tenant requests
- Create work orders and escalate work based on given priority levels.
- Actively monitor CCTV (Closed Circuit Television)
- Decipher and route company email inquiries
- Written documentation on items needing escalation.
What Makes Me Qualified?

- High School Diploma or GED.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, able to type coherent reports
- Basic computer knowledge and software including Word and Excel
- Action oriented with an inherent sense of urgency
- Critical thinker, able to solve practical problems
- Demonstrates attention to detail
- Avid learner with good retention
