What you will be doing:
- Ensure that the facilities are clean and all dispensers, are working and have the corresponding supplies / consumables.
- In addition ensure that the videoconference rooms, auditoriums, and mini meeting have the essentials.
- Carry out the activities assigned by supervisor.
- Fill out the incident report, which is delivered to the person in charge.
- Carry out the accommodation of the Auditorium that is reserved, according to the client’s specifications. Providing the required consumables and ensuring that the projectors and cables work properly.
- Review and supply the consumables in the rooms.
- Provide first cleaning response, in collaboration with team in situations of risk and claims that arise in the company.
- Actively participate, collaborate and comply with all policies, procedures and regulations related to quality assurance that the company develops and implements.
- Monitor the operation of coffee machines, food and toilets.
- Check that the workplaces are in optimal conditions of use.
- Supervise the work of the suppliers that supply the products.
You are:
- Diploma in Facility Management or relevant fields
- 1-3 years of relevant facilities technician
- Able to work in Bukit Jelutong, Selangor
- Responsible, good communication skills
