The Project Manager (PM) will play a crucial role in the successful execution of a large-scale Base Operations Services contract in Yuma, Arizona. The PM will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the contract, ensuring its smooth and efficient execution. This position requires a highly qualified individual with the skills, experience, and dedication necessary to fulfill the demanding requirements of this role.Job Description
Responsibilities:
Contract Oversight: The PM will have full authority to act on behalf of the Contractor in all contract matters pertaining to the daily operation of the contract.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate shall possess the following qualifications:
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited College or University.
- Five years of experience in base support management or a contract with a scope and breadth similar to the solicitation from the Government.
Availability: The PM shall be available 24/7/365, including Federal holidays, to ensure uninterrupted support and responsiveness to contract needs.
Security Clearance: The PM performing work under this contract must have and maintain a Tier 3 Secret clearance from the contract start date throughout the duration of the contract.
Language Proficiency: The PM, as a designated key personnel, must possess the ability to understand, speak, read, and write the English language effectively to ensure clear communication and comprehension.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited College or University.
- Five years of experience in base support management or a contract similar in scope and breadth to this solicitation.
- Active Tier 3, Secret clearance.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and demanding environment.
