Facilities Coordinator required to support the Senior FM deliver outstanding service across our client site in the Perth CBD.Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for a enthusiastic facilities professional to join the Cushman & Wakefield team on a CBD based office for one of key clients.
This role would be perfect for an experienced Facilities Coordinator who is looking to advance in to an FM role in the short-medium term
What You Will be Doing
- Support the FM to ensure the implementation of scheduled routine tasks and preventative maintenance activities
- Day to day operational management and coordination of vendor partner base to deliver maintenance works within site / client guidelines
- Provide content for site specific induction and essential site information
- Provide input and seek support from the sustainability team to drive opportunities to implement sustainable practices and build case studies
- Identify opportunities for improved occupancy and space management solutions in client portfolio
- Manage the budget and financial performance of sites and provide input into annual budget preparation
What you will bring
- Previous experience working as a Facilities Administrator or Coordinator
- Strong contractor/stakeholder management experience
- Tertiary qualifications in facilities management or relevant is preferred
- Customer service orientated
- Self-motivated and flexible
