About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Facility Manager looking to take the next step in their career, leading a team of 6 FM’s & FC’s working a throughout our clients office sites in QLD, VIC, NSW.

This position will drive the delivery of each site-specific asset management plans, ensuring each site is performing in line (if not exceeding) our clients expectations.

What You Will Be Doing

• Liaise as required with Client Property Management Staff and Building Owner Representatives
• Oversee facilities management service, which encompasses ad hoc maintenance, fire, mechanical, electrical support and the help desk function
• Implement and maintain a culture of high performance throughout the facilities management team
• Manage and control budget and cost expenditure for facilities management operations
• Monitor and review financial performance for both scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance works and review and approve as required under delegation
• Ensure that safety measures and systems are implemented in accordance with OHS Act 1995 (or other relevant Act), Company policy and customer safety requirements
• Ensure contractor engagement and performance meet client and C&W needs and industry standards

About You

• Previous experience as a Senior FM/Team Lead across non-technical and technical asset types
• Trade or engineering background would be preferred
• Previous experience driving high performance with regionally dispersed teams
• Excellent experience in stakeholder/contractor engagement & management
• Experience in meeting client needs and SLAs
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
