We are currently seeking a Facilities Manager to join our Auckland-based Facilities Management team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Building and maintaining effective relationships with our client and suppliers including liaising with both our internal Trade Services Divisions and subcontractors.

• Working as part of a Facilities Management team to effectively and efficiently manage reactive/planned property maintenance.

• Management of subcontractors.

• Actively manage KPI including attendance and completion times.

• Providing technical advice and solutions to the client.

• Effective financial analysis and financial management by contributing to management planning and identifying and controlling costs.

• Developing and maintaining a positive client relationship.

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:

• Our ideal person will have a minimum of five years’ experience in a Facilities Management role, ideally in an outsourced FM environment.

• You must have a good understanding of commercial/industrial facilities maintenance.

• You will directly manage a small and diverse on-site trades team and key subcontractors, therefore people management experience is highly beneficial.
