About the role:

We are currently seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our Auckland-based team. Reporting to Wellington’s Contract Manager this role will be 12 months fixed term to support the successful delivery and coordination of the services of the contract.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Efficiently coordinate reactive / planned maintenance.

  • Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers where required.

  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with our clients.

  • Manage PPM invoicing.

  • Manage client billing file.

  • Manage KPI’s around PMs, record keeping and invoicing.

  • Prepare and distribute reports as required.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • MS Office – Word and Excel, PowerBi or similar reporting tool.

  • Working knowledge of JDE or a similar financial package.

  • Minimum of two years in a customer services centre or administration role, ideally in Outsourced Facilities Management would be beneficial.
