Job Description
- Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure clean and organized office.
- Respond to all work orders assigned in a timely manner, ensuring KPI compliance and excellent customer service. Â Ex. of WOâs include space planning, general facility and BMS alarm notification
- Schedule and manage repairs and maintenance, minor works, and other work requests, tracking to completion.
- Assist in space planning projects as needed
- Conduct monthly space planning walk throughs
- Manage coffee/break room orders
- Order parts and supplies for maintenance department based on Work Order needs and requests.
- Will ensure field investigation of work orders for parts and vendor support and coordinator and/or report back manager
- Coordinate with Manager and Planner for vendor support, receive quotes, cut POs and oversee vendors for Maintenance Work Orders
- Track requests and provide customer service support
- Perform review of paperwork as needed
- File appropriate paperwork to comply with client documentation requirements
- Other duties that may include but are not limited to: mail and courier services, office supplies and equipment maintenance, landlord relations and management of building access passes, safety and security support.
Required Skills
- Basic computer skills
- Strong working knowledge of CMMS systems
- Working knowledge of basic bio med regulatory communication protocols, SOP data requirements, and client required reporting documentation
- Basic troubleshooting skills preferred
Qualification
- Qualified individual must have at least three years of related experience.
- Understanding of FDA requirements for required documentation.
 Education (Preferred)
- Associate’s degree
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least three years of related experience
