The Facility Coordinator is a full-time position in the line of operations of C&W Services. This person will be responsible for a variety of office administrative duties including, but not limited to the following, word processing, maintaining data files, service inquiries, weekly payroll submittals, conference and meeting scheduling. In addition, this position will produce meeting presentations and reports as required.Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
– The Facility Coordinator reports to the Facility Manager and is responsible for the following activities:
– Assists in the new hire paperwork and on-boarding of new employees
– Manages Kronos timesheets, PTO accruals and submit weekly
– Maintain all vendor files, electronic and hardcopy
– Receives and answer telephone calls and handles them appropriately
– Track and generate work orders in Corrigo, and ensure timely completion
– Provides daily, weekly, monthly reports, as required
– Maintain all facilities related files and adhere to company policies associated with record keeping
– Comply with all C&W SERVICES Policies and Procedures.
– Assists in other various office duties and projects as needed
– Scheduling of vendor work including preventive maintenance and warranty repairs
– Assist in soliciting bids for materials, supplies, vendor performed services and tracking to completion to ensure goods and services are received in full
– Assist with the scheduling of conference rooms and other facility related support services
– Create requisitions and process invoices for payment
– Work closely with customer representatives in addressing all facility service related matters

Qualifications:
* Excellent English communication skills (written and oral) and attention to detail
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
* Strong organizational skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Education:
* A minimum of high school education.
* College degree preferred
* Plus 2-3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in a corporate setting.
