About the Opportunity
Reporting into the Workplace Lead, the Facilities Assistant will be responsible for delivering exceptional workplace experiences and service to client employees and guests, ensuring outstanding customer service with every interaction. You will be a friendly and professional individual that has an interest in the Facilities Management space and is motivated by providing helpful and proactive solutions to stakeholders.

What You Will Be Doing

  • To represent Cushman & Wakefield on the customer service counter, welcoming customers, and contractors
  • Answer customer enquiries in a timely manner through e-mail, phone and in person
  • Monitor team inbox and ensure timely and courteous replies
  • Assist in meeting room set ups and coordination
  • Assist in clients catering orders and bookings
  • Front desk fleet car management and assist staff with bookings
  • Conduct internal mail run and package deliveries
  • Filing duties as required
  • Raise client jobs through CW system and allocate correct contractor
  • Update client on status of job
  • Sign in/out contractors for works
  • Issue permits to contractors
  • Contractor key management

About You

  • Front of house, reception or facilities experience is desirable, but not essential
  • Friendly and helpful and professional presentation
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service skills and positivity with every interaction
  • Higher School Certificate completion or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills, with the ability to assess what needs to be done
  • An interest in facilities management and/or commercial real estate.
