The Facilities and Workplace Experience Manager is responsible for ensuring service excellence and enhanced experience for the client users and occupants. The FWEM shall provide assistance within the Facilities team through tools & processes to ensure a positive workplace experience each day. In addition, the purpose of this position is to provide management/leadership for the facilities organization at a specific facility, set of buildings, or campus environment. The position is charged with the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures and programs that will assure a well-managed, well-maintained building, placing maximum emphasis on positive response to the concerns and needs of the occupants, environmental health and safety, and quality programs, in coordination and conjunction with the client’s goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have exceptional skills in customer service, strong knowledge of the local community, hospitality- focused and the ability to manage and support facilities operations professionals in a faced-paced environment.Job Description
Responsibility for the facility and workplace by ensuring the workplace is operating and functioning at its intended state, includes including continuous monitoring of office and facility, proactively addressing facility repair or maintenance needs and concerns ensuring timely and quality issue resolution, service delivery, and follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Includes working with IT to ensure IT-components of the workplace are operating as intended
Managing events with client stakeholders, reservations of internal meeting room & conference spaces, reserving and coordinating event logistics with on-site team members and/or third-party vendors (facilities, janitorial, linen, food, A/V, staging, reception, event host, etc. ), assessing space readiness on the days preceding and day of the event, and assisting with event setup, breakdown, and cleanup when and where needed.
Working closely with internal client stakeholders including but not limited to the business unit, security, EHS, real estate, digital technology, and third-party stakeholders such as landlord representatives, third-party suppliers, and C&W global real estate team.
Duties will include front desk operations, creating purchase orders, submitting work orders, receiving work orders, submitting invoices, managing budgets, tracking issues and resolutions, providing troubleshooting support, booking conference rooms and/or workstations, create, track and maintain security badges, coordinating event logistics with client stakeholders, ensuring space and event readiness
Managing the space management program, including administration and management of the client space booking tool.
Responsible for the ongoing assessment and planning for the workplace and facility requirements and needs.
Provides additional support for the client Executive leadership team as needed and requested
