In conjunction with the client management team, successfully deliver and manage the Master Services Agreement (MSA) ensuring all key performance indicators (KPI’s) are met and exceeded, by implementing effective strategies to achieve financial targets, client satisfaction, and sub-contractor management ensuring profitability.

We are currently seeking a Facilities Administrator to join our friendly Penrose based team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Managing reactive invoicing
• Managing PPM invoicing
• Managing Client Billing
• WIP resolution
• Aged debt management

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:

• Excellent communication skills
• MS Office – word and excel
• Working knowledge of JDE or a similar financial package
• Minimum of two years in a customer services centre or administration role, ideally in Outsourced Facilities Management is beneficial
