Executive – MISJob Description Summary
*Responsible to ensure All Micron & CW Invoices are processed and payments are made on time.*Track all the invoice tracker and validate MIS.
*Work as Backup for Asst Manager MIS.
*Support all MIS Function as directed by site FM
Job Description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive invoices for Micron from all Builder & Vendors team to process.
- Invoice validation- Detailed invoice validation including (PO balance, Supporting’s, Stamp & Signs, unit price, Qty, rate, codes, taxes, etc.)
- Invoice Tracker updation- detailed tracker updation (invoice details, no. of lines, price, type, qty, tax, UOM, PO# etc.)
- Taking approval from all micron stakeholders for each invoice.
- Sending Invoice to Client for accounting
- Working on Other business unit Invoices (GEL)
- Coordinating with MOI for payment of invoices on vendor queries
- Maintaining the data for Actual invoices accounted as per GLs
- Transport & Shuttle services MIS review- STT, 24/7, Skylogistic and Falcon
- Adhoc Shuttle services review and processing
- MIS review for Attendance for all vendors
- Accruals: Getting accruals data from individual sites, Preparing/Consolidating final Accrual file, Sending for Review with Client
- Tracking IFM invoices, Filing of Micron & CW Invoices for records.
- MICRON NDC: Follow up with the vendors for NDC collection, entering he Invoice details finding out the pending Invoices if any and following for processing the invoices.
- Coordinating in checking the attendance of third-party vendors.
- Following up on the pending not received invoices & Processing the Pending invoices.
Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 Years in MIS and Accounts.

- Any Degree
