- F&B Executive will be responsible for cafe operations at all sites.
- Hotelier with FM experience is helpful
- Drives comprehensive plans on food services.
- F&B operations monitoring as per COVID and post COVID situations.
- Monitoring menu, employee engagement activities.
- Implement innovated ideas to enhance Employee experience for cafe services
- Controlling costs wherever possible, scrutiny of expenses.
- Collecting feedback and complaints from employees and implementing the same to enhance service quality.
- Managing and training F&B staff.
- Coordinate with vendors / clients and ensure smooth operations.
- Technology implementation across the activities/operations.
- Setting up new cafeterias in upcoming offices, highlight necessary improvements.
- Quality control, Reviews and periodic meetings with stake holders or vendors.
- Implementation of SOP’s and periodic updation.
- Internal and External audits related to F&B, ensure proper compliance.
