The purpose of the Executive Assistant role is to assist the International Director, Head of Industrial & Logistics, ANZ in winning and delivering of services to our local and global clients.The role is responsible for providing administrative and coordination support to the International Director -Head of I&L-Australia & New Zealand in a highly responsible, timely and confidential manner as well as provide support to other senior members of the business and be the point of contact to the wider National businesses.

You will also be responsible for:
- Manage and support emails and diary of the International Head
- Book accurate flight and hotel arrangements in a timely, cost-effective manner for interstate and international travel bookings
- Coordination of large scale portfolio campaigns
- Daily operations of the national capital markets team
- Manage and maintain teams LinkedIn profiles
- Preparation of authorities and heads of agreements
- Prepare and submit expense statements and the reconciliation of charges and receipts in a timely manner for the International Head
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Minimum of two years high level administrative experience. This role will be supporting the International Head of Industrial and Logistics-Australia & New Zealand and is a highly visible role
- Ability to work with little supervision and achieve superior results
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet short deadlines
- High standard of computer proficiency (advanced Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
