Job Description
⢠Oversee the M&E related services of the buildings and ensure they are in working order.
⢠Attend to feedback, complaints and requests from Client or other relevant stakeholders.
⢠Provide support to tenancy management on the technical aspect related to M&E systems.
⢠Prepare, review and update maintenance schedule
⢠Provide engineering and technical assessment in troubleshooting, identifying the appropriate
causes, review and implement the appropriate solutions to resolve engineering issues.
⢠Supervise & manage sub-contractors carrying out the routine or reactive maintenance work.
⢠Be familiar with the use of the IBMS/BMS system, computerized maintenance management
system, e-PTW system.
⢠Prepare cost estimates and proposal for ad-hoc works.
⢠Prepare incident report when required, utilities report, M&E reports for KPI meeting, etc.
⢠Attend monthly KPI meeting with Client
⢠Any other tasks as and when assigned by Supervisors or Client
