Are you looking for an environment that is different to most?  If so and you are an experienced and NZ Registered Electrician, come in and discuss what it means to join our site-based team based at Auckland Prison.  Ideally you will have skills in maintenance electrical work. This is an essential service so operates during all alert levels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be based on our clients site, working in a team comprised of trades staff, admin support and facility project managers. This will include some planned maintenance, reactive tasks and project work.

CLIENTS:

The successful applicant will be part of a diverse trades team comprised of Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC and Carpentry services, working out of the Paremoremo Prison site. You must be prepared to work across all trades including being on-call.

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:

• Electrical trade qualified ⓠEWRB registered.

• Commercial maintenance experience is highly desirable.

• Knowledge and commitment to Health and Safety.

Health & Safety is a priority for Cushman & Wakefield and the successful candidate will be expected to have a good understanding of the H&S requirements and behaviors in commercial environment. Good personal presentation and customer service skills are also essential, as is a clean full driverâ™s licence.

The successful applicant will be required to undergo a drug test, complete a Pre-employment Health Questionnaire and MOJ check. A criminal conviction review is also a requirement of the role.
