District Maintenance Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conducts annual maintenance inspections to company standards as necessary. Reports findings and results to the RMM for tracking and communication to Leadership.
- Lead on-site maintenance staff in the diagnosis of problems and repairs in the areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, swimming pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structure, and appliance. Schedule preventive and floating maintenance, if applicable.
- Assist the RMM in scheduling and conducting training workshops and classes, including tracking the registration process through final close-out of all classes in the current Learning Management System (LMS).
- Assist the Regional Property Manager (RPM) with the annual budget process providing subject matter expertise for maintenance-related items.
- Evaluate suppliers and their services on an annual basis based on quality, customer service and pricing.
- Assist in the interview process for Service team members when needed at the site level.
- Supports the RMM with associate training and coaching.
- Perform other tasks as directed.

Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary.
