Director, Employee Compensation
JOB DESCRIPTION
Support both the Development and General Construction businesses by:
- Overseeing the budgeting and monthly reforecasting for all compensation programs for over 500+ divisional employees
- Ensuring payroll cost are allocated to the correct jobs and regions
- Overseeing multiple incentive incentives plans and ensure proper accounting as well as communications to team members regarding the incentives
- Liaison with Enterprise human resources/payroll support
- Liaison with HQ accounting teams regarding annual budgeting process
- Liaison with regional accounting team for regional monthly reforecasts
- Partnering with general contractor project management for budgeting of general conditions as well as providing meaningful and timely general conditions reforecasts
- Researching and reporting to management on possible database and/or reporting systems that could be utilized to track employee compensation as well as generate notifications when employees are compensated outside of their biweekly annual salaries
Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary. Once eligible, team members may participate in the 401k plan. Regular, full-time team members are also offered a range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits from which to choose.
