Director Area Maintenance Services
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for managing maintenance responsibilities in a portfolio of properties and providing direction to Regional Maintenance Managers.
- Responsible for mentoring and training Regional Maintenance, Renovation Managers and Renovation Foremen.
- Responsible for divisional budget, marketing and maintenance programs for assigned division.
- Work closely with senior leadership within assigned division to develop action plans for maintenance operations.
- Ensure that the Company and/or owners’ objectives are being achieved on all properties within an assigned division.
- Ensure compliance in regards to: company programs, safety programs, OSHA, insurance and licensing programs, all regulatory programs and inspections for an assigned division.
- Responsible for scanning the market to identify new and emerging trends in maintenance operations.
- Responsible for all aspects of the delivery of designated project management services, property maintenance and facility services within an assigned division.
Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary. Once eligible, team members may participate in the 401k plan. Regular, full-time team members are also offered a range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits from which to choose.
