Dir, Strategy

Leads key strategic initiatives within a broader organizational transformation. Key workstreams to include:*Program Budgeting and Goals: Developing our yearly business plan and program budget. Supporting the team in developing program-level milestones
*Strategic Communications: Working with our Corporate and Property Management communications teams to support internal, investor, and client communication efforts
*Other Strategy Work: Engaging our key stakeholders to drive forward work in data privacy, smart buildings, and other areas as needed
JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop program business plan including 5-year vision, program budget, and milestones
- Support in monthly budget reviews and management
- Develop strategic communication storylines and materials to support conversations with key clients and investors
- Develop communications for enterprise-wide program updates
- Manage projects and stakeholders for program strategic work
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Strong leadership skills and success in working in complex, fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical skills and proven ability to manage financial models
- Strong executive communication skills including document creation / finalization experience
- Strong project management skills with a demonstrated track record of overseeing multiple projects with varied stakeholders
- Experience in management consulting preferred
- Bachelors or MBA degree
Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary.
