About the business
A great opportunity exists to join the Cushman & Wakefield team as we expand our operations.
A Customer Experience Consultant receives and actions requests for facility services at our clients’ properties. Requests may be obtained from multiple channels including phone, email and through mobility applications and can be extremely varied in nature and circumstances.
This role is critical in genuinely helping our customers and making the experience effortless for them. Adaptability and an ability to think laterally to achieve the best customer and business outcomes is paramount.
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this position you will bring customer service experience in a similar environment. Minimum requirements include:
- Experience in a Customer Service role
- A great telephone manner
- Having a real interest in people, friendly and welcoming approach
- Good written communication and interpersonal skills
- A common sense approach to problem solving
- Good coordination skills to balance competing and conflicting priorities and demands
- Energetic, anticipate demands and be proactive within the scope of the role
- Some prior knowledge of property / facilities management is desirable
- Some prior knowledge of contact centre workings and environment is desirable
