Job Description Summary

As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will receive and action requests for facility services at our clients properties. This role is critical in genuinely helping our customers and making the experience effortless for them. Adaptability and an ability to think laterally to achieve the best customer and business outcomes is paramount.
With flexible working arrangements and a minimum of one day a week in the office, This role would suit your wide range of previous experience within customer service- retail, call centre or hospitality!

About the Role

• Exercise the resolution of daily telephone customer requirements to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Develop and monitor requests until resolved, appropriate responses to customers’ requirements using all methods of contact, including liaising with external and internal stakeholders as requires.
• Maintain and monitor the effective day to day operations of the Operations Centre ensuring time and quality standards are met.

About you:

• Strong customer service background
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to deal with customers in a high volume contact environment
