Custodian
Overview:
Join a team of maintenance professionals at AMLI Residential as a Custodian at our apartment community in downtown Austin. This position ensures the quality appearance and upkeep of properties and grounds in order to maintain its overall appeal to future and current residents.

Other Duties include:
- Clean common, amenity and ground areas, sidewalks/alleyways and other common areas on a daily basis.
- Check and replace exterior lighting on a regular basis.
- Care for, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
- Care of swimming pool and related equipment; maintain water quality and safety apparatus.
- Lend assistance during vacated unit, clean out of apartment; including, but not limited to moving heavy/bulky items to dumpster and inventory items left in the unit.
Requirements:
Previous cleaning, housekeeping or custodial experience required.

- Limpiar diariamente las zonas comunes, de recreo y el suelo, las aceras/callejones y otras zonas comunes.
- Cuidar, mantener e inventariar todos los suministros y equipos propiedad de la propiedad y/o de la empresa gestora.
- Cuidar la piscina y los equipos relacionados; mantener la calidad del agua y los aparatos de seguridad.
- Prestar asistencia durante la desocupacion de la unidad, la limpieza del apartamento; incluyendo, pero sin limitarse a mover los articulos pesados / voluminosos al contenedor de basura y hacer un inventario de los articulos dejados en la unidad.
