Culture, Inclusion & Engagement Intern
When you join our Internship Program, you’ll acquire highly marketable skills and experience pertaining to the Human Resources field, primarily related to team member experience, learning & development, diversity, equality & inclusion and culture. You’ll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with so many new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected challenges. There is one consistent aspect, however – everyday, you’ll learn more about problem-solving, communication and collaborating with teams than you ever thought possible.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work with the Culture, Inclusion & Engagement team to get a sense of their duties and responsibilities in an effort to gain knowledge of day to day processes, procedures, etc.
- Create bi-weekly People & Culture Digest
- Participate in culture and change management initiatives including internal committees and focus groups
- Present weekly onboarding session for new team members joining Greystar
- Maintain DEI analytics
- Maintain and promote recognition program
- Initiate marketing and communication ideas for various culture programs
- Become familiar with Company applications and operational techniques through completing required in-house training programs.
Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary. Once eligible, team members may participate in the 401k plan. Regular, full-time team members are also offered a range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits from which to choose.
