Rejoignez NOTRE equipe! Cushman & Wakefield recherche un coordinateur de courtage ou une coordinatrice de courtage pour soutenir une excellente equipe de courtiers immobiliers. Vous travaillerez avec cinq courtiers immobiliers et deux coordonnateurs de courtage.
Taches et responsabilites :
* Creer, mettre en forme et tenir a jour le materiel de marketing (brochures, presentations, propositions, etudes de cas, bulletins d’information, courriels, tableaux d’affichage, invitations, annonces, tableaux, cartes, cartes biographiques, biographies, materiel d’equipe, etc.) en utilisant les modeles standard de l’entreprise, en fournissant des resultats finaux et propres.
* Appliquer la marque de l’entreprise a l’ensemble du materiel de marketing et veiller a la coherence de l’apparence.
* Assurer la coordination avec d’autres services (marketing et recherche) en fonction des besoins de l’equipe et du client.
* Contribuer au respect des delais de livraison – superviser et maintenir le calendrier de marketing (par exemple, l’administration des communications electroniques) pour les clients respectifs.
* Participer a des seances de strategie avec les courtiers et d’autres departements, si necessaire, afin de generer des idees creatives et novatrices pour les poursuites.
* Rassembler et preparer les informations pour les rapports d’activite des clients.
* Gerer le contenu du site web de l’equipe et les medias sociaux
* Creer des budgets pour les projets des courtiers en partenariat avec l’equipe.
* Coordonner les services des fournisseurs (par exemple, les photographies et les images aeriennes).
* Coordonner les evenements du courtier et de l’equipe
* Telecharger les nouvelles inscriptions sur plusieurs plateformes (p. ex. le site Web de Cushman & Wakefield, Montreal Office Space, Centris, Loopnet, etc.
* Gerer les cartes clients, les cadeaux et les communications pour les differentes fetes.
* Assurer le suivi de toutes les inscriptions pour l’equipe
* Fournir un soutien a l’equipe en cas de besoin
Qualifications requises :
* Excellente maitrise de MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word et Excel.
* Maitrise d’Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) requise
* Excellentes aptitudes a la communication orale et ecrite en francais et en anglais
* Diplome d’etudes secondaires – DEP, CEGEP
* 1 a 3 ans d’experience en marketing ou dans un domaine connexe, ou une combinaison similaire d’etudes et d’experience
* Souci du detail, esprit d’initiative, sens de l’organisation, capacite a etablir des priorites et a gerer plusieurs projets en meme temps, aisance a travailler de facon autonome dans un milieu ou les activites se deroulent a un rythme rapide.
* Solides competences interpersonnelles demontrees
* Interet pour l’immobilier
* Capacite a travailler de maniere independante, a mener plusieurs taches de front et a hierarchiser les demandes de travail.

Be part of THE Team! Cushman & Wakefield is looking for a Brokerage Coordinator to provide support to the top performing Real Estate Brokers. You will be working with 5 Real Estate Brokers and 2 Brokerage Coordinators
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Create, format, and maintain marketing materials (brochures, presentations, proposals, case studies, newsletters, email blasts, spaceboard, invitations, announcements, boards, maps, bios, team materials etc.) using corporate standard templates, delivering final, clean outputs
* Apply corporate brand to all marketing material and maintain consistency in appearance
* Coordinate with other departments (marketing & research) based on the needs of the Team and client
* Support timeliness of deliverables – oversee and maintain marketing schedule (e.g. administration of e-comms) for respective clients
* Attend strategy sessions with brokers and other departments as necessary to generate creative/innovative ideas for pursuits
* Collect and prepare information for client activity reports
* Manage the Team’s website content and social media
* Create budgets for broker projects in partnership with the Team
* Coordinate vendor services (e.g. photographs and aerials)
* Coordinate Broker and Team events
* Upload new listings to multiple platforms (e.g, Cushman & Wakefield website, Montreal Office Space, Centris, Loopnet, etc) as directed by fee-earner
* Manage client cards, gifts and communications for different holidays
* Track all listings for the Team
* Provide backup support for the Team as needed
Qualifications:
* Excellent proficiency in MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
* Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) required
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English
* High school diploma – DEP, CEGEP
* 1-3+ years’ experience in marketing or related field or similar combination of education and experience
* Detail oriented, self-starter, well organized, able to set priorities and handle multiple projects at any given time, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment independently
* Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
* Interest in real estate
* Must be able to work independently, multi-task and to prioritize work requests
