THE FUNCTION
The Vendor Management Office (VMO) is a function within the Workplace team in People & Culture at Gen Digital. You are part of a team that oversees third-party vendor agreements that support Gen Digital’s business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The principal responsibilities related to Vendor Management Office; Vendor Analyst will include:
CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
Create and maintain standard vendor files
Assist with reporting on our engagements with sustainability, minority owned and veteran business, etc.
Collect COIs from vendors
Distribute for processing vendor correspondence from the VM e-mail box
Support VM Team in administrative efforts
Administer and track correspondence through Adobe Sign
Responsible for summarized tracking of VM activities
Assists with tracking KPIs
Track vendor compliance with updated OTCs and report noncompliance as needed
Track termination letter completion
Oversight of terminated vendors and manage archival of vendors over expired over 7 years
Assist with onboarding of vendors acquired through mergers and acquisitions
Follow client retention Policy and destroy both hard and soft copy files as they reach their expiration date
UNCLAIMED PROPERTY
Annually review each state’s unclaimed property to determine if any NLOK.
Upon acquiring a company, research every state’s unclaimed property for the acquired company and any of its previous acquisitions.
Collaborate with cross functional teams (i.e., Legal) to complete required state forms and submit
to state agency.
Track and report on Claims submitted and Claims closed each quarter.
