Consumer Experience Manager (Marketing Technology)

We are looking to hire a Consumer Experience Manager based at our downtown Chicago office. This position is a hybrid role (three days in the office, two days working remotely). The Consumer Experience Manager will drive the evaluation, implementation, and management of all marketing technology systems that support AMLI’s continual move towards streamlined and efficient customer and internal workflows.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Research, vet, and propose tools to support the company’s mission.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to pilot and evaluate the effectiveness of technology’s impact on the bottom line. This includes but is not limited to overall project management, onboarding processes, QA/testing, training support, development of metrics/resources for evaluation, and ongoing/maintenance planning.
  • Responsible for presenting support and gaining buy-in at local and management levels for full or relevant portfolio expansion.
  • Primary point person for key vendor partnerships, including contract/rate negotiation, issue tracking, and feature request management. Required to be versed in vendor roadmap to inform priorities and next steps.
  • Initiate and develop necessary marketing communications elements to promote services internally and externally.
  • Drive future recommendations and suggested roadmap back to senior leadership with proper analytical support.
  • Travel is required. Estimated at about 25%.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s
Degree in Business preferred. The ideal candidate has five-plus years of experience in either marketing, technology, or related industry. Multi-family experience required. Experience mentoring and/or managing other employees preferred.

TECHNOLOGY SKILLS
: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Experience with muti-family-based CRM tools (ex: Entrata, Yardi, RealPage). General/high-level knowledge or experience understanding integrations/API opportunities. Testing/QA experience is also essential.
