Our Valuation & Advisory department based in Madrid is looking for new member for join its team!
Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSABILITIES
* Analysis of property investment cash flows and reporting to clients on the value of their commercial real estate.
* Attending valuation visits
* Assisting on property inspections (shopping centres, retail, office and industrial property throughout Spain).
* Market research in real estate areas, to provide information to be used in reports
* Real Estate Investment Analysis, using Excel and/or Argus
* The economics of the built environment driving real estate investment and lending decisions
* Preferably with Knowledge of urban planning and development appraisals
Requirements
* Desirable, Architecture / Engineering Degree
* 3-5 years of working experience, ideally related with REAL ESTATE (Valuation / Capital Markets)
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel and POWER BI
* Full driving license.
* Bi-lingual English / Spanish
* An ability for working well within a team and being able to form strong/lasting relationships
* A creative thinker with good problem solving abilities.
* Ability of working on own initiative.
* Good communication skills (oral and written).
* Commercial acumen.
* A strong natural interest in economics and financial markets in order to understand property in the context of the wider investment market and be able to transmit our advice/recommendations clearly to clients.
