Construction Services Specialist
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for renovating units which could include, but is not limited to, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, repairs, cleaning and painting.
- Develops contract renovation schedules, monitors progress, and holds contractors accountable to strict production schedules.
- Orders project related materials within budget guidelines; maintaining accurate documentation of each ordered item.
- Maintain constant communication with community managers; providing daily project updates.
- Ensure all contracted duties adhere to a detailed scope of work.
- Inspect vacant units and inventory work to be performed adhering to the renovation/rehabilitation process.
- May participate in negotiating pricing for all contracted work, including change orders, to stay within or below budget.
Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary. Once eligible, team members may participate in the 401k plan. Regular, full-time team members are also offered a range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits from which to choose.
