Cushman & Wakefield are looking to hire a Community Manager to sit within our Flexible Workspace team. This individual will take on the management of a busy Business Centre on behalf of a Client, creating an environment where all Customers and their Employees love to work and stay. Your Centre will contain a mix of private offices, meeting rooms, coffee hubs, break-out and communal spaces.Reporting to the Operations Director, this role will be responsible for developing and delivering an extensive community engagement plan to promote your Centre to existing and new Customers within your local area.
We are looking for a natural leader and networker, with the ability to execute and innovate in everything that you do.
Job Description
Responsibilities Include:
Create a diverse and inclusive community within your Centres and local area
Deliver an extensive programme of events designed to add value to the Customers and local community
Engage with the marketing team to share the great work that we are doing to consequently growing the brand
Set clear expectations and objectives for your team and support them to achieve their goals
Always deliver a 100% safe, legal and compliant Centre
Follow up all issues to expedite the resolution and protecting the Customer Experience
Manage contractors to operate safely
Treat the Centre and Customers like it is your own business
Maximise all revenue opportunities and income streams
Deliver outstanding Centre tours to prospective Customers
Experience Required:
Minimum of 7 years of work experience in hospitality, serviced office, retail or other relevant industry with a link to customer experience and Sales
2 years of management experience in a customer focused environment
Confident user of Microsoft office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook) or equivalent
Advanced qualifications preferred – preferably in hospitality, management, sales or operations
Experience of managing 1 or more people
Good knowledge and experience of working with a Customer database / CRM system
Proven track record of sales and operational excellence
Experience / responsibility for managing to targets and budgets
